We are situated in the quiet country village of Hordle which is close to the market and sailing town of Lymington, and within easy reach of the New Forest and the sea.

Located directly opposite fields, our B & B offers relaxing and comfortable accommodation with off-road parking, and occasional sightings of deer.

We have three comfortable rooms available, all with en-suites, tea and coffee making facilities, fridges and digital televisions with built in DVDs. A downstairs bathroom is also available for guests use. Bathrobes are provided, together with complimentary toiletries and fresh milk for your tea or coffee. Children of all ages are welcome. A cot and highchair are available.

We also have a large conservatory, leading onto a patio both of which guests are welcome to use.

Guests can also watch television in our lounge & use the Playstation 3.

We also have a summerhouse where you can play pool, table tennis and darts.
